Thank you for your purchase from Herders. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, seals, and protective materials must remain intact.
• The item must not show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
• Proof of purchase must be included.
For trading cards and collectibles, condition is critical. Any damage, tampering, resealing, or alteration may result in partial refund or rejection of the return.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened sealed products (including booster packs, boxes, or mystery products)
• Products that have been tampered with or resealed
• Customized or special-order items
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
• Products explicitly marked as “final sale”
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or incorrect items.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, especially for high-value items. Herders is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse returns that do not meet our policy
• Apply a partial refund if the item shows diminished value due to handling
• Reject returns that show evidence of tampering
6. REFUNDS
If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of the return for processing.
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
• A defective item
• A damaged shipment
• An incorrect product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international customers:
• Return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Herders is not responsible for customs delays on return shipments.
• Any customs duties incurred on returned items may be deducted from the refund.
9. MARKET VALUE DISCLAIMER (COLLECTIBLES)
Trading cards and collectibles are subject to market fluctuations.
We do not accept returns based on:
• Changes in market value
• Grading outcomes by third-party grading companies
• Buyer’s remorse related to price changes
